Yoga Instructor Alex Drozdetskiy

I've been teaching Yoga since 2004, but I have already taught 2000+ hours: from individual to 30 people group sessions. In fact, for the last 3.5 years before relocating back to Gainesville - I organized a Yoga center on my own, from scratch and I got it filled in with people practicing Yoga every day! - I was a leading Yoga teacher in the center. It's a huge experience and I'm eager to share Yoga with others - as I've seen plenty of people improving their lives: getting stronger, more alive/flexible, getting rid of back pains and headaches, letting go of anxiety and depressions, list goes on and on. I teach what I know works, what I practice myself for many years.

The first certification I got was in Aug 2005 from the International Sivananda Yoga centers. Before that and since then I practiced under influence and guidance of many other great teachers. So, my sessions include a mix of "styles" - a set of tools that proven to work best! I'm very practical in my approach to Yoga.

I have a Ph.D. in Physics and work at UF, participating in Large Hadron Collider experiment at CERN, Geneva, Switzerland (that is where I lived for about 8 years before relocating back to Gainesville).

Please see my web-site: use-yoga.com for more details.
